APi Group introduces APi CAD Services
October 21, 2009 - Oct. 21, 2009 - APi Group Inc. launched APi CAD Services as a division of APi Facilities Management. The development was finalized Sept. 1, when Premier CAD Services, LLC. was acquired and restructured as a dba.
APi CAD Services will grow APi Group's initiatives in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and advance the industry's BIM movement through successful interdependent relationships with like-minded A&E firms, general contractors, construction managers, and mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors. By using state-of-the-art CAD systems and BIM, the company will deliver coordinated and functional 3D blueprints to companies within the specialty construction industry. Brad G. Moore was selected to lead this venture.
"We have tremendous faith in Brad's abilities to create success for this business," said President of Grunau Co., Larry Loomis. "His background, his work ethic, and his positive 'can-do' attitude will serve his clients well as he helps them succeed in their objectives."
Moore has a long and successful history with APi Group. He began his career at APi Group subsidiary Grunau in 1997. He left Grunau in 2008 to establish Premier CAD Services.
