VIPOND WINS FIVE NOTIFIER AWARDS

February 15, 2012 - October 2011 - Notifier by Honeywell presented Canadian-based Vipond Systems Group with five awards at the 2011 Notifier Annual Distributor Conference held October 22-26 in Palm Springs, Calif.

Notifier, the largest manufacturer of engineered fire alarm systems, has presented Vipond with awards for more than 10 years. Vipond earned the awards each year due to high sales volume and exceptional service of Notifier products. Vipond, a low-voltage systems integration company, is the world's largest distributor of Notifier products.

Vipond's Calgary and Ottawa branches each earned Diamond Distributor awards. The Mississauga branch won the Multi-Million award for having had more than two million dollars in Notifier sales, and the Saskatchewan branch earned the Million Dollar award. Vipond's subsidiary, Ultra Alarm Systems, also won the Diamond Distributor award.

In 2010, Vipond won five Notifier awards and in 2009 Vipond earned four awards including International Distributor of the Year.
