WaterSaver Faucet gets steel

June 3, 2010 - LeJeune Steel partners with Pepper Construction to provide and erect the structural steel at the new WaterSaver Faucet Co. headquarters in Chicago, Ill.

The project consists of 46,000 square feet of new construction plus renovation to an existing building. The new construction will start this summer, while work on the existing building will be phased between this fall and next spring.

Wisconsin Structural Steel Company will fabricate more than 400 tons of steel for the project, including galvanized tubes which will be vertically attached to the existing building for screen system and signage support.

LeJeune will provide the building with roof davit supports. The structure will also include a three-story atrium with AESS framing.
