Industrial Fabricators is located in Thorp, Wisconsin and specializes in industrial silencers used for both safety and environmental reasons. These silencers, or large mufflers, can range in size from 8” to 144” in diameter, weigh up to 42,000 pounds, and are used primarily in industrial and heavy equipment applications.
Industrial Fabricators ships its silencers to plant locations and equipment sites worldwide, including engine exhaust mufflers for a nuclear power plant in Pussan, Korea, and a steam blowdown silencer for a nuclear power plant in Dublin, Ireland.

When asked how they will maintain the 0.0 status, Rich Boie said, “We are constantly preaching the importance of safety to all of our employees, and as they continue to work safely we reward them for good behavior.” Industrial Fabricators is also kicking off the STEPS (Striving Towards Excellence and Professionalism in Safety) and Stretching Programs in July, which demonstrates how determined they are in the continuous effort to eliminate employee injuries and loss costs. |
