APi Group welcomes Mike Shands

Mike Shands, his wife, Lisa, and daughter, Hannah, recently arrived to APi Group from West Point, NY where he served as the Policy and Regulations Advisor to the Corps Commandant and Brigade Commander. Mike retired from the Army after 23 years of active service. Mike will serve as APi Group’s Director of Training and Development. His immediate responsibilities include management of APi’s Leadership Development Program, Warrior Program and Group-wide leadership and training initiatives.
