API Supply, Inc. acquired United Tool Rental, Inc. on October 20, 2006. Prior to the acquisition United Tool Rental, Inc. had offices in Bigfork, Kalispell and Polson Montana.
United Tool Rental, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of API Supply, Inc. The name of the API Supply, Inc. Columbia Falls location will change to United Tool Rental, Inc.
United Tool Rental, Inc. offers general rental equipment such as excavators, rollers, generators, skid-steer loaders, trailers, etc. The previous owners, Chuck and Becky Sneed, will remain with the company, to operate all four United Tool Rental, Inc. locations;

The combination of API Supply, Inc. and United Tool Rental, Inc. provides an increased inventory and service capability to better serve customers in the entire Montana Flathead Valley.
