Armed Forces Reserve Center

  • Project Description: Tessier's Inc. provided the HVAC system, which consists of package air-cooled chiller and overhead variable air volume terminal units, for the 44,000 square-foot, two-story facility.

Courthouse Square

  • Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
  • Project Description: Tessier's Inc. provided the HVAC system for the 80,000 square-foot, five-story office building. The HVAC system consisted of heat recovery templifiers and under floor supply air distribution. The project was awarded LEED Silver certification.

Cherapa Place

  • Location: Sioux Falls, South Dakota
  • Project Description: Tessier's Inc. provided the HVAC system for the 142,000 square-foot, six-story office building. The HVAC system consisted of under floor supply air distribution with package air-cooled chiller. The project was awarded LEED Gold certification upon completion.

Grunau Co. Headquarters

  • Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Project Description: Grunau Co. anticipates a LEED Silver certification upon completion.

Hammel, Green and Abrahamson Inc. Office

  • Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Project Description: Grunau Co. completed design/build HVAC for an approximate 20,000 square-foot tenant build-out in an existing office building. Project received LEED Silver rating.

Manpower Headquarters

  • Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Project Description: Grunau Co. completed design/build HVAC, plumbing and fire protection for the four-story, 300,000 square-feet building in downtown Milwaukee.
  • Date Completed: September 2007

Marquette University – Eckstein Hall

  • Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Project Description: Grunau Co. is providing the design/build HVAC, plumbing and fire protection for the four-story, 200,000 square-feet building for Marquette University Law School. Project includes a campus central chiller plant and 100,000 square-feet of underground parking. Contractors anticipate a LEED Silver certification upon completion.

Mayfair Woods Office Building

  • Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin
  • Project Description: The three-story office building earned LEED Silver certification. Grunau Co. provided with design/build HVAC core systems. (Click here for details.)

  • Location: Bloomington, Minnesota
  • Project Description: Doody Mechanical Inc. completed the 135,000 square-foot distribution center, and the project was awarded a LEED Gold certification.

SMDC First Street Clinic

  • Location: Duluth, Minnesota
  • Project Description: Gold Certification; Jamar provided complete design/build mechanical for 255,470 sq. ft. cancer center.

Taconite Ridge Wind Energy Center

  • Location: Mountain Iron, Minnesota
  • Project Description: APi Electric completed the electrical installation for 10 of the largest wind turbines in northeastern Minnesota. The electrical portion consisted of the installation of five major components. (Click here for details.)
