Anco Products announces vice president
April 5, 2012 - Anco Products Inc., an insulation and flexible air-duct manufacturing company in Elkhart, Ind., announced the appointment of Mike Landes as vice president on January 26, 2012.
"I am excited to be part of this organization filled with people who are passionate about what they do," Landes said. He comes to Anco from the Leadership Development Program at APi Group Inc.
Prior to joining APi in October 2011, Landes served as a United States Marine Corps Captain and Artillery Officer from 2006-2011. He is a veteran of the wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
He will function as vice president, senior-most officer and will oversee all company operations. Among his many areas of focus for 2012, Landes plans to concentrate on innovation, leadership development of employees and strengthening relationships with other APi companies.
"I see many Anco employees taking ownership of their role and applying creativity in the workplace," Landes said. "Our people have a great deal of talent and potential [and] I intend to invest in their assets."
