Warrior Employment Program

APi Group sincerely appreciates the sacrifices made by those in uniform. We also value the discipline, work ethic and loyalty instilled in servicemen and women. To this end APi Group has hired numerous employees with prior military service (both Enlisted and Officer).

APi Group is also dedicated to assisting in the transition of those warriors who have been wounded on the battlefield or those who have been injured in training. In fact, over the past year we have made employment offers to Wounded Warriors for positions ranging from Project Estimator to Vice President of Operations.

APi has identified three critical factors for the success of our Wounded Warrior hiring process:

• Location: Ensure the job location is either close to home or, if required, near a military treatment facility / VA hospital.
• Education: Education and quality company benefits are important to the successful transition process.
• Mentorship: A mentorship program which insures that the new employee learns the business and is set-up for success.
