Regional Safety & Risk Management Leader

Company: American Fire Protection Group, Inc.
Location: Houston, TX

This position will be responsible for continuously improving the Company’s Health and Safety Program and Policies to best practice standards while driving compliance to applicable regulatory standards. This individual will plan, lead, and direct the Health and Safety Policies and Procedures and execute other assigned duties within their assigned divisions. Candidate will coordinate the development of policies, programs, processes, procedures, standards, tools, and training to facilitate standardization and consistency. They will continuously build and enhance the Company’s Safety & Risk Management’s First Culture and values, demonstrate the ability to lead a progressive organization, determine safety and risk management risks, devise, and implement programs and processes that drive constant improvement. This individual communicates all division safety and risk data to their Division Leaders and the Corporate Director of Safety & Risk Management. AFPG divisions supported will include Houston, San Antonio, College Station and Katy, Texas.
