Beyond installing and inspecting fire sprinkler and alarm systems, we provide in-house fabrication, response to emergency calls 24/7/365, 3D design services, project consulting and cost analysis.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Development of new construction/ contract sprinkler business.
Attain sales and profit margins in accordance with annual goals.
Effective scheduling of time and preparation of bid schedule.
Prepare estimates in accordance with Sunland's guidelines.
Follow-up on quotes and change orders.
Obtain signed proposal and contract prior to starting work.
Initiate Kick-off meetings and provide all necessary drawings, specifications and pertinent information.
Obtain materials for projects as required.
Provide information for manpower schedule.
Manage projects and quote all change orders as necessary.
Timely billing of sales and follow-up of receivables.
Prepare and submit all required reporting.
Keep current with new technology, state and local codes.
A MINIMUM of 2 years of sprinkler construction/contract sales experience (50K and above projects) is required
NICET II in Water-Based Systems Layout is required and a NICET III is preferred
Strong sales record to include new business development
Strong estimating skills
