Based on several expansion initiatives to better serve our internal customers from coast-to-coast, we are seeking a leader with poise, integrity, and influence equity to join us as Senior Director of Information Technology. With a slate of enterprise, financial, and web-based projects in the pipeline over the next five years, this individual will exercise leadership from the second chair by reporting directly to the CIO. Our Senior Director will lead and support ongoing organizational initiatives that transform the business, manage and develop members of the IT staff, lead the effort to align company level roadmaps with the IT function roadmaps, and manage budgets, team communications, and continuous improvement.

What You Are Known For
Our ideal candidate is known for proven leadership skills in developing and executing information systems roadmaps, enterprise level software development strategy, data analytics management as well as information security and risk management. You are recognized for expertise in performance management, staff productivity, judicious technology spend, and prudent financial management of budgets exceeding $10 millionin annual personnel investment and $30 millionin overall annual IT department budgets. You have demonstrated progressive levels of responsibility with a minimum of 7 years as an IT Director, IT Senior Director, or IT executive. You are endorsed by executive leaders for your ability to interpret their vision for business enhancement through technology and your successes in turning those visions into reality.
