Equipment Maintenance Scheduler

The Equipment Maintenance Scheduler will coordinate schedules and assist in the preparation of KPIs to ensure efficient and effective operation of the department.   

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required 

  • Overall knowledge of MS Office 

  • Previous experience with equipment maintenance or scheduling preferred 

  • Previous experience with computerized scheduling management system preferred  

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities.  

  • Coordinate downtimes and schedules communicating safety and other needs.  

  • Arrange outside vendor and contractor services.  

  • Arrange for rental equipment as needed to facilitate operations. 

  • Document work orders, parts and tools needed for maintenance and repairs.  

  • Facilitate weekly scheduling meeting to negotiate forthcoming work with operations and maintenance. 

  • Coordinate planned activities with Maintenance Planner for 100% completed planned jobs.  

  • Assist Planner in preparing KPIs and analyze labor time in regard to Scheduling Compliance metrics.
