Candidates for the APi Group Leader Development Program (LDP) must demonstrate superior leadership potential. Construction experience is not necessary though critical thinking and strategic leadership skills are paramount. The program is highly selective and designed to groom our future leaders.
Each candidate spends the first year at APi Group on seven multi-week company rotations. These company rotations allow the candidates to mold and leverage their leadership skills to excel in the APi Group environment. Following the first year, a candidate is placed in a position with one of the APi Group companies. Positions range from service manager to company president.
